Refund Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

This policy explains when refunds are available for online courses purchased from 3rd Eye Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 27 158 281 193). It sits alongside — and does not limit — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Course fees

All course fees are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment. The specific course price, inclusions, and any additional charges are shown on the course page and again at checkout before payment.

2. Change of mind — 7 day cooling off

If you change your mind, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrolment provided you have not started the course (that is, you have not opened any lesson or attempted an assessment). Once course content has been accessed, change-of-mind refunds are no longer available, as the course material has been delivered.

4. Circumstances beyond our control

We are not required to refund fees where a course is delayed, interrupted or affected by events beyond our reasonable control — for example, internet outages on your side, changes in law, industrial action, severe weather, epidemics or other force majeure events. Where such events affect our platform, we will do our best to restore access or offer a reasonable alternative.

5. How to request a refund

Send a written request to admin@3rdeyeaustralia.com.au within 14 days of the event you are claiming for. Please include:

  • Full name and contact details;
  • Email address used to enrol;
  • Course name and date of purchase;
  • Reason for the refund request;
  • Supporting evidence (if applicable — for example, a medical certificate).

6. How refunds are processed

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of approval.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • Where a refund is approved, access to the associated course will be removed and any certificate issued in error will be revoked.

7. Transfers and substitutions

Enrolments are personal to the student who purchased them and cannot be transferred to another person. Where you cannot complete a course you enrolled in, we may (at our discretion) transfer your enrolment to a different course of equal or lesser value.

8. Consumer guarantees

Nothing in this policy excludes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. If our courses do not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under that law in addition to what is set out here.
