  • Preparation for TLILIC0003 Licence to operate a forklift truck

Course Description

Time and time again, we hear the same thing from students who have no experience around forklifts, no background in Australian work health and safety laws, or whose first language isn't English — the two-day face-to-face course moves fast, the terminology is unfamiliar, and the official WorkSafe theory assessment catches them out. This online prep course fixes that. It is built for anyone about to sit their TLILIC0003 Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck (LF) with an RTO, or the state-run WorkSafe theory paper. What you get • 10 detailed sections written in plain English — WHS basics, stability & load centre, hazards & emergencies, WA state focus, pre-start inspections, load charts & weight calculations, safe travelling, stacking, LPG/battery/refuelling, and NAI test-day preparation. • All 66 knowledge questions from the WorkSafe QLD practice paper, plus 25 Western Australia-focused questions — 94 questions in total with instant feedback and unlimited retries on incorrect answers. • Powerline clearance rules (WA OSH Reg 3.64), hierarchy of control, duty of care, data-plate reading, and worked weight calculations. • Explanations of the closed-book NAI, English language requirement, and what to expect on the day. Who it is for • Anyone booked into a face-to-face HRWL forklift course who wants to walk in confident, not confused. • Workers new to Australian WHS terminology. • Students whose first language isn't English who need extra time with the concepts before assessment day. • Experienced operators who want a refresher before renewing. Important: This is a non-accredited preparation course. It does NOT issue a High Risk Work Licence — that is issued by WorkSafe after you complete face-to-face training and assessment with a Registered Training Organisation. This course prepares you to succeed at that assessment.
