Course Description

A comprehensive online awareness course based on the Safe Work Australia Model Code of Practice: Confined Spaces. Learn what makes a space "confined", the atmospheric and physical hazards involved, how risk is managed through the hierarchy of control, entry permit systems, atmospheric testing, isolation, ventilation, standby and rescue arrangements. This is an awareness/theory course — it does not qualify you to enter a confined space. Accredited entry training must be delivered by an RTO.
